Alesya + Tyler | Wedding
I'm beginning to enjoy the small elopements more and more these days. There's another level you get to see the bride and groom when it's just then, their family and close friends.
I've gotten the honor of knowing these two through my husband being in the Army. The one thing I miss about my husband being o the military is the comradery between the families and the sincere appreciation and understanding of those standing beside you. These two sweating exuded that appreciation deep-rooted love the ones who stand beside you.
Both Alesya and Tyler serve/served in the military. They truly understand the sacrifices that one has to take in order to protect and fight for the ones that love. I wish I would have recorded and this entire ceremony because I don't think there was a dry eye in the house after listening to not only Alesya and Tyler but to their family members who got up one by one and expressed their love and appreciation for all they have done for their family as well as their country. Not to mention the most tear-jerking note from the bride to the Grooms son.
This is why I'm in love with elopements. I don't think that if they had a 300 person wedding you would have gotten to hear the sincerity and excitement and love of these two. It was one of the smallest weddings I've ever photographed, but one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had.
There's so much I could say about the location, the decor, and the flowers, who were all made by Brides incredible mother, but none of that stood out thanks to this incredible family and the incredible bride and groom and their selfless love.
