I got the honor of second shooting this power couples wedding back in September. These two are selfless and an encouragement to many here in the 253. They are incredible inside and out and man, they know how to throw a wedding!

Their day was filled with many special moments. I thought my heart was going to break, from joy, at their first look when John reached back for Emily's hands and prayed over their marriage and relationship, I mean have you seen anything sweeter! I was proud of my pregnant self for holding back the tears until we got to their ceremony when her dad was walking her down the aisle.. I couldn't hold the tears in! That moment was beyond precious and sweet. It was a very personal ceremony filled with sweet, sweet words and more tears.

Their special day didn't end there, the reception was an event of its own! They had artist Will Jordan (just the Grammy nominated multi-platinum songwriter and artist who's wrote for Nicki Minaj, no big deal) perform just for them! The whole night was a blast and it made me wish I could flash back to my wedding day and have people come give me twenty dollar bills the whole night! How did I not know about this tradition, haha!
